Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act.
Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.
Psalm 37:7
We are instructed to focus, not be distracted, find our center in the presence of the Most High. This is our actual “safe space.”
Waiting patiently for God to act is one of the most difficult things to do. Especially when things around us are fluid, changing, and there are opportunities to make decisions and changes that can affect our immediate lives.
How should we respond before acting? We need to pray and seek His direction.
When the time is perfect, God will act. Not before, not after but just at the right time.
I don’t concern myself with the wealthy elite in this world who feel they need to scheme to try and control our lives. All the evil, greed, vile immorality of worshipping themselves, their power/influence in this world has been allowed by God for His perfect plan.
I will not worry about what the elite, the governments, and all the rest of these groups try to do.
In the name of Jesus, I will sit in His presence and be still. For I know our God controls all.
This is how we get our spiritual batteries recharged.
Happy Friday in the name Jesus!
Your brother in Christ,
Dave
